The awards handed out at the assembly were perfect attendance, teacher honor role, principal honor role, and the wall of fame.

The Wall of Fame is a recognition award that is given to one student from each classroom. Teachers from every class pick a student from their room to be awarded. The award shows that the student was an excellent leader, doing the right thing, gives their best, a hard worker, and has an attitude to learn.

Third grade teacher, Mrs. Negus explains why she picked Tatum Swally for the Wall of Fame. ” Tatum is an excellent student. She always comes to school ready to learn and with a great attitude. Tatum is respectful in the classroom. I am so glad she is in my class.”

Many parents attended the award assemblies to congratulate their child’s educational success. When every student from an award group received their certificate, the adults and parents cheered and praised their child’s accomplishments.

Many children were awarded, praised by their had work and dedication to their education.
